The air-conditioned rooms were a lifesaver during the hot summer days in Rome. It made my stay extremely comfortable. The satellite full HD LED TV in the room was a great bonus, allowing me to relax and catch up on my favorite shows in the evenings. The free Wi-Fi was fast and reliable, ensuring that I could stay connected and work efficiently during my stay. The multilingual staff was incredibly helpful and friendly, making me feel welcome and ensuring that all my needs were met. The provision of free maps of Rome was a thoughtful touch, helping me navigate and explore the city easily.
Personally, I found the bidet in the private bathroom unnecessary and didn't use it. However, I understand that others may appreciate this feature.

The owner's nearby restaurant specializes in classic Italian cuisine, perfect for when you're craving something other than the nonexistent breakfast. The nearest airport is Rome Ciampino Airport, in case you want to escape this lovely place quickly. The hotel offers luggage storage, which is great because who needs the hassle of carrying around bags all day?
Oh, and did I mention the nonexistent breakfast? But hey, who needs food when you can enjoy the luxury of starving to death?

I recently stayed at the B&B Terminal House for a short business trip. The location was perfect, just a stone's throw away from the train station. I was pleasantly surprised by the complimentary coffee and croissant at a nearby café for breakfast. Despite needing a fresh coat of paint, the room was clean and comfortable. The staff was extremely helpful and even allowed us to store our luggage after check-out. a great budget accommodation option in a prime location.
Totally recommend this hotel.
